Our network
There is a CAAP (Centre d’assistance et d’accompagnement aux plaintes) in every region of Quebec. In 2007, the provincial grouping of CAAPs became the Fédération des centers d’assistance et d’accompagnement aux plaintes (FCAAP). As a result, CAAPs that so wish benefit from support in deploying their mission and services. Among other things, the FCAAP publicizes the CAAPs’ mandate, fosters sharing and consultation among them, and acts as a spokesperson for their collective interests. The FCAAP brings together 14 of the 16 CAAPs in Quebec’s social and health regions.
